    Terms & Conditions

    1. Subject of Agreement & Platform Nature

PR Schweiz (operated by MyQuests Digital, Owner: Olivier Jacob, Limmatquai 1, 8001 Zurich) is a 100% autonomous software platform (self-service SaaS). PR Schweiz does not provide manual agency or PR consulting services, but provides clients with digital infrastructure for the independent publication of company profiles, job vacancies, B2B services, and press releases.

    2. Registration, Profile Maintenance & Duty of Care

Customers agree to provide accurate and truthful information upon registration and to keep their company data (official Zefix master records, contact details, and media assets) continuously updated. The publication of unlawful, misleading, or unfair competitive content (UWG violation) is strictly prohibited.

    3. Prices, Payment Terms & 0% VAT Reverse Charge

All prices are denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF) net. For cross-border B2B digital services provided to Swiss taxable legal entities, the recipient location principle and reverse-charge mechanism apply (pursuant to Art. 10 para. 2 let. b Swiss MWSTG). Services are invoiced tax-exempt at 0.00% VAT.

    4. Contract Term, Cancellation & Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Annual subscriptions renew automatically for consecutive 1-year terms unless cancelled prior to renewal. A-la-carte Spotlight Boosts (7-day / 168-hour visibility) terminate automatically upon expiration without requiring notice.

    5. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

Substantive Swiss law shall apply exclusively, to the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with these terms is Zurich, Switzerland.
