4. Protection of the Advertising Ban Star Entry (Art. 3 UWG)
We respect the Swiss advertising ban star entry pursuant to Art. 3 para. 1 let. u of the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG). Company data bearing a star entry is never used for unsolicited mass mailings or direct marketing.
5. Your Rights under the Swiss revFADP
You have the right at any time to request information regarding your personal data stored by us, to have inaccurate data rectified, and to request deletion, provided no statutory retention duties apply. 6. Cross-Border Data Transfer (Art. 16 ff. revFADP)
Our server and database infrastructure is hosted primarily in Switzerland and in secure data centers within the European Union (Germany / Ireland). The EU offers an adequate level of data protection pursuant to Annex 1 of the Swiss Data Protection Ordinance (DPO). Any technical data transfer to third countries complies strictly with Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) or statutory exceptions.
